Matías Ihl Rodríguez is a founding partner of Ihl & Ruiz-Tagle Abogados and is an attorney graduated from the University of Chile. In terms of professional practice, he has extensive experience in Civil, Labor and Family litigation, with an emphasis on negotiation strategies.

From the beginning of his career, he has been closely linked to legal research, being coauthor of the book: "The Structure of Chilean Administrative Law Sanctioning based on the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court."

Prior to the founding of the Firm, he was Chief Counsel of the Civil Litigation Area in Plaza, Hadwa, Rudolph and Co. (2012-2013) and then served in the Labor Litigation Area in Brunaud y Cía. (2014-2015).

He has done several courses on judicial matters and has specialization in Legal Argumentation, through the course dictated by the University Diego Portales, approving it with Maximum Distinction.

Nicolás Ruiz-Tagle Panatt is a founding partner of Ihl & Ruiz-Tagle Abogados and is an attorney graduated from the University of Chile. As for his professional practice, he has extensive experience in Civil, Labor, Family litigation and in the management of massive portfolios of judicial and extrajudicial collection. He has focused his career in the direction of Collective Negotiations and Negotiations in general.

He has been successful in managing massive collection portfolios, managing bank and automotive portfolios. He is also co-author of the book: "The Structure of Chilean Administrative Law Sanctioner based on the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court" and serves as assistant of the course "Thesis Elaboration: Sanctioning Administrative Law", taught by the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile.

Prior to the founding of the Firm, he was an Attorney in the Litigation Area at Moretic y Contreras (2013-2014) and later served in the Judicial Collection and Litigation Area at Jordán & Barahona (2014-2016). He is a lawyer member of the Bar Association.

Nilda Ihl Tessmann, is an attorney who graduated from the University of Chile and founding partner of Ihl & Ruiz-Tagle Abogados. She has more than 30 years of experience in the practice of the profession, has been an Alternate Notary and has deepened his knowledge with courses in Mining Commercial Contracts and Mining Law.

Throughout her career, she has worked in the areas of Real Estate Law, Probate Law, Corporate Law, Contracts Law, Civil, Labor and Family Litigation. She has also provided full consultancies in matters of Trademarks and Intellectual Property, Water Law and Tax Law.
